Leather goods are crafted from a natural material that develops and acquires its own patina through use. Subtle changes in texture, colour and surface are part of its character. For long-term preservation, we recommend protecting leather from moisture, direct sunlight, heat, chemicals and abrasive surfaces, and storing it in its protective packaging when not in use.

Jewellery made from precious metals is sensitive to scratches, mechanical damage, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics and other environmental influences. Silver may naturally tarnish over time, as part of its character and natural ageing process. Gold may lose some of its original lustre through use, while pieces featuring precious stones require particular care when worn, cleaned and stored due to their natural properties.

Giclée prints and original artworks are sensitive records of the creative process and therefore require particular care when handled, stored and displayed. For their long-term preservation, we recommend protecting them from direct sunlight, moisture, dust and sources of heat, as well as having them professionally framed. For Giclée prints, we recommend the use of high-quality UV-protective glass to help preserve the colours and structure of the paper.

Natural changes in materials, such as subtle wear and variations in surface, texture or colour, may form part of their character and lifespan and do not necessarily constitute damage.

We cannot accept responsibility for changes, wear or damage resulting from improper handling, inadequate care, cleaning, storage, use or framing, or exposure to unsuitable environmental condition.
