Most of our jewellery is made to order, with the intention of creating each piece especially for you. The estimated production time is 7 - 14 days.

If the selected piece is in stock, it can be dispatched within a few days.

The pieces presented are samples and are mostly made to order.

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country or location and the selected delivery service. International delivery usually takes approximately 3 business days to 2 weeks, depending on the destination country. For deliveries within Slovenia, the estimated delivery time is 2 - 3 business days.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.

Shipping costs are not included in the listed price of the product and will be calculated according to the selected delivery destination.

Our jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver, a precious metal that is suitable for contact with the skin.

Silver is naturally a softer metal, which means that minor signs of wear, scratches or surface changes may occur over time. Repeated bending or friction may accentuate these changes.

Over time, silver may naturally tarnish and darken when exposed to moisture, water, salty air, perfumes, creams and other cosmetic products. This is a natural part of the ageing process and is not a sign of damage or inferior quality.

With regular and gentle cleaning, you can minimise tarnishing and preserve the beauty of your jewellery.

Silver is a beautiful precious metal that, with proper care, will retain its natural shine.

Gently clean your jewellery with a soft, 100% cotton cloth. If needed, you may also clean it with lukewarm water and mild soap. Always dry your jewellery thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing it. For a more thorough clean, you may use a specialised silver polishing cloth.

Avoid paper towels, polyester and other abrasive materials, as they may cause fine scratches on the surface of the silver.

Put your jewellery on last, after applying creams, perfume, makeup and hair products, and take it off first. We also recommend removing your jewellery before sleeping.

When not being worn, store your jewellery in its pouch and original packaging, and keep it in a dry place.

If, for any reason, you wish to return a purchased item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at support@amalstudio.com.

Returns are accepted provided that the item is unused, undamaged, unaltered and free from any signs of wear, and is returned in its original, undamaged packaging. All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt. Based on the condition of the item, we will notify you by email whether the return or exchange has been approved.

If the size of your jewellery is not suitable, please contact us as soon as possible at support@amalstudio.com, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

WARRANTY

The warranty period for our jewellery is 6 months from the date of purchase.

If you wish to have an item exchanged under warranty, you must include the Certificate of Authenticity with your request. Once the item has been inspected, we will assess the validity of the claim and notify you of our decision by email.
