SHIPMENT REGULATIONS

Orders will be dispatched by courier to the address specified by the customer during the online purchase process.

Jewellery, fashion accessories, and art pieces are shipped through the following courier services, contingent upon the delivery location: DPD, GLS, DHL, Slovenian Post.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the terms of our shipping services. For more details, please consult the general conditions of the carriers.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code for your order. The estimated delivery time is 2 - 9 business days. (The specified delivery period represents an average and is not a guaranteed delivery time).

AMAL STUDIO holds no responsibility for the loss or damage of shipments during transport. It also disclaims responsibility for product loss or damage during the return of products by post.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM SLOVENIA (EU)

Art and design works leave our office in perfect condition and are protected from damage during transit.

In the event of any package damage, kindly take a photograph. If the product itself is also impaired, you must promptly notify the logistics company upon delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be shipped within two weeks, but most orders will be shipped within a few days.

We need 2 to 5 business days to process orders – books. Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered by courier within 2 - 3 business days for customers from Slovenia. In case of delivery to other countries, the deadline is 3 - 9 business days. The delivery time is up to 14 business days.

If the desired product is not in stock at the time of the order, we need a little more time to prepare it before sending it.

  • The production time for Giclée prints is up to 14 business days.
  • The production time for jewelry is 14 business days.

By placing an order, you agree to this.

On our online store, you have the option to specify the delivery address.

  • The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs, which are assessed at the time of purchase.
  • We will initiate the shipment once we receive confirmation of your payment.
  • For international orders outside the EU, please be aware that import duties and taxes may be applicable to your order for delivery to that destination. Please note that these costs are beyond our control and are not predictable.
  • In the event of a failed delivery attempt or the recipient's absence during the delivery, the courier will provide information about an alternative delivery date or a location for package collection. Delivery is considered completed when the goods are delivered to the specified address.
  • The delivery will be completed when the goods are delivered to the specified address.

In Slovenia, a business day is defined as any day except Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.

Please ensure that you inspect the package before opening it.

  • If you observe any damage to the package, take a photograph of it. If the product itself is also damaged, it is imperative to inform the logistics service.
  • Upon receiving the products, you assume ownership and responsibility for the ordered items.

  • AMAL STUDIO is not liable for product damage caused during transportation.

If you wish to change the address, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase so that we can arrange for redirection. We cannot change the address once the shipment has already been dispatched from our studio. Please email us at: support@amalstudio.com


We deliver pictures on original stretchers measuring up to 50 x 70 cm directly to your address by courier service.

Pictures larger than 50 x 70 cm are delivered directly to your address by courier service, removed from the stretcher and packed in special packaging (postal tube for heavy items) depending on the size of the individual painting.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The AMAL STUDIO online store accepts payment via payment or credit cards, as listed at the bottom of the website (provided by Stripe). The consumer is required to validate the accuracy of the details on the invoice and to report any discrepancies to the seller within eight days of receipt. Objections regarding the correctness of issued invoices made after this period will not be considered.

The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider's server and can be accessed by the customer at any time through their user profile (My profile). 

FREE SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

The Provider offers free shipping for selected products, which is clearly indicated on the individual product page or in the product description. Free shipping applies exclusively under the conditions set out below.

2. Free shipping for a specific product

If the customer adds to the shopping cart a product that is explicitly marked as including free shipping, the shipping cost for that product will not be charged, provided that:

·         the cart contains only that product, or

·         the cart contains other products that also include free shipping.

3. Combination of products with and without free shipping

If the customer adds to the shopping cart:

·         a product with free shipping, and

·         a product for which shipping is charged,

the free shipping does not apply to the entire order. In such a case:

·         shipping costs are charged only for the product(s) for which free shipping does not apply, and

·         the total shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout according to the applicable shipping rates.

4. Display of shipping costs

The final shipping cost is always clearly displayed to the customer:

·         in the shopping cart, and

·         at checkout before the order is completed.

No changes to shipping costs are made after the order has been placed, except in the case of an obvious technical error.

5. Limitations

Free shipping:

·         cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts,

·         applies only to delivery areas where the Provider offers shipping,

·         cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Right to changes

The Provider reserves the right to modify the free shipping terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website and do not affect orders that have already been placed.
