We prepare and produce your print within 3 - 7 business days of receiving your order. In exceptional cases, the processing time may be extended due to a high volume of orders or other unforeseen circumstances.

Each art print is carefully protected with tissue paper and securely packaged in a durable mailing tube or sturdy cardboard envelope, depending on its size and format.

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country or location and the selected delivery service. International delivery usually takes approximately 3 business days to 2 weeks, depending on the destination country. For deliveries within Slovenia, the estimated delivery time is 2 - 3 business days.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.

Shipping costs are not included in the listed price and are calculated according to the selected delivery destination.

Art prints that are made to order or customized to your specifications generally cannot be returned. However, if your print is damaged during transit or, in the very unlikely event that it arrives defective, we will replace it.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the above production and delivery terms.

This signed giclée print is a high-quality reproduction of an original artwork created by Ines Amal. It is printed using high-pigment archival inks on lightly textured, archival matte paper, enhancing the depth of colour and fine details of the artwork.

Each print features a white border for framing and is hand-signed and individually numbered by Ines.

Giclée printing is considered one of the highest-quality forms of art reproduction. The artwork is printed on museum-grade, archival paper free from acids and lignin, using high-quality, UV-resistant pigment inks.

An extended colour palette allows for an exceptionally precise reproduction of the colour nuances, depth and fine details of the original artwork.

Under appropriate lighting conditions, the print offers long-lasting colour stability of up to 200 years.

To preserve the original condition of your print, do not remove it from its protective wrapping until it is ready to be framed. We recommend wearing protective gloves when handling the print and touching only the paper edges, as contact with the printed surface may leave fingerprints.

If your print arrives rolled in a protective tube, gently unroll it and lay it flat on a clean, level surface before framing. Place a flat board or a large book over the entire surface of the print and leave it weighted for approximately 24 hours. If necessary, repeat the process for another day.

Once the print is completely flat, it is ready to be framed and displayed in your chosen space.

Professional framing is an important part of protecting your artwork. Glass helps protect the print from UV light, moisture, dust and other environmental factors, while the right choice of glazing can also enhance its beauty. We recommend using UV-protective glass, which helps reduce the effects of harmful UV rays and preserve the colours and structure of the paper over time.

Avoid displaying your framed artwork in direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure may affect colour stability over time. A carefully chosen frame can further enhance the artwork and give it a refined, finished appearance. For the best result, we recommend consulting a specialised art framing studio, where professionals can help you select the appropriate glazing, mount and frame.
