Paintings and their inner effect

A painting is more than just an image. It opens a space of the unseen, where colors, shapes, and lines intertwine. It is not only a visual impression but a vibration that reaches us where we are ready to listen and to feel. With it, we enter into contact with ourselves, with inner truth, with the primordial memory we always carry within.

Every painting has its own voice, its own melody, yet it does not speak to everyone. The right one finds you on its own; it calls you in a mysterious way that the mind cannot explain, but the heart knows. In an instant, something shifts within you—your body responds, your breath pauses, your inner self begins to stir. Then a meeting happens, awakening joy, a gentle trembling of the heart, leading to the experience of deep peace. Paintings before which we remain indifferent are not without power; we are simply not in resonance with their vibration, and thus we cannot truly feel or understand them.

At times, however, a painting may strike you with an unsettling vibration—it may give you chills, evoke resistance, or bring discomfort. This too is a gift. In such an echo, the hidden layers of our being are revealed, especially within the emotional and mental bodies, where stagnant energies often remain trapped. A painting can awaken dormant memory, cracks of sorrow, or pain that seeks its way to the surface. Nothing is wrong! It is enough to breathe in and out deeply, to surrender, and to feel what wants to be revealed through you. This is a moment of inner transformation, triggered by the silent power of art.

The paintings I create, whether on canvas or in mixed techniques, open a space where spiritual experience is reflected. Each carries the imprint of a unique moment, of the energy and intention from which it was born. Yet all of them also carry a part of me, a part of my vibration, everything that flows through my body into visible creation.

This is why we should not choose paintings with the mind! The right one simply finds us. When its presence touches our soul, we know. We know that within it lives a message of universal consciousness, speaking to us beyond words, beyond thought, addressing us directly in the space of the heart.

When a painting speaks to your soul, know that you have been called. There is nothing you need to understand, only to allow yourself to feel. Every color, every motif, every unease or joy is part of the path that leads you closer to yourself. Paintings are mirrors of consciousness, and within them, you see not only the artwork but also yourself.

With Love, Ines
