Visual Poetry opens a space where silence and meaning meet, where image and word converge.
It is an invitation to slow down, to enter a moment of genuine presence, where poetry becomes breath, gentle, quiet, and constantly in motion.

Art, for me, is not an act but a breath. It is not something I do, but a space in which I exist. Everything that emerges through my creative process, whether writing, painting, or designing, arises from a quiet inner inspiration that guides me, awakens me, and shapes me. My intention is to share this inspiration, to pass it on as something that illuminates, connects, and opens new experiences.

Visual Poetry - A dialogue between word and image

In the embrace of the poetry's breath began to take shape alongside the creation of my first poetry collection, Aurora. At times, an image emerges from a word, at other times, an image opens space for a verse. From this quiet dialogue, images are born in which word and image intertwine, together creating a moment of silence, attentiveness, and gentle presence.

Visual poetry arises in an in-between space, between word and image, between inhalation and exhalation, between external noise and inner silence. Each verse and each image is an invitation to presence, sensing, and stillness.

In the embrace of the poetry's breath is an artistic concept that grows out of the practice of Visual Poetry and represents its natural extension. Within it, selected verses of poetry intertwine with visual images created in response to words, together opening an intermediate space between word and image, between breath in and breath out.

The visual concept In the embrace of the poetry's breath is not merely something we look at or read. It is art that we breathe, feel, and carry with us. The title is therefore not accidental, as I experience both the writing of poetry and painting as breath, something that happens naturally, yet at the same time keeps us alive and present.

Breath is quiet and invisible, yet essential. It does not impose itself, instead, it gently pauses us and invites us into contact with our inner space.

Each visual work is a moment of quiet attentiveness and inner listening, a space where meaning is not explained, but happens.

Letters of Visual Poetry - in the embrace of the breath of poetry

The idea of letters revealed itself to me while writing New Year’s cards, when I paused for each individual, devoted a thought to them, and chose a visual image especially for them. In this process, I once again felt the power of the letter.

In a world of rapid digital messages, a letter sent by post is almost a forgotten ritual and precisely for that reason, all the more precious. It is time, attention and something tangible that you can hold in your hands and feel closeness within.
