DELIVERY COSTS

Orders will be delivered by the courier service to the address specified by the customer during the online purchase process.

Jewellery, fashion accessories and works of art are delivered by the following courier services depending on the place of delivery: DPD, GLS, DHL, Pošta Slovenije.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM SLOVENIA (EU)

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

We take 1 to 10 business days to process orders. When the order is shipped, it will be delivered by the courier service within 1-2 working days to customers from Slovenia. In the case of delivery to other countries, the deadline is 3-9 working days.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code for your order. Estimated delivery time is 1-9 working days. (The specified delivery period refers to an average and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery time).

If a certain product is not in stock at the time of the order, we will notify you. We will do our best to prepare it as soon as possible. Delivery time is from 3 to 10 working days, usually 7.

By placing an order, you agree to this.Art and design products leave our office in perfect condition and are protected from any damage during transit.

Before opening the package, check if it might be damaged. If you notice any damage on the package, take a photo of it. If the product is also damaged, the logistics company must be notified immediately upon delivery.
